Yatra to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine remains suspended till further orders. Earlier it was to be resumed from 14 September, but heavy rains and poor weather conditions at Bhawan and along the track forced another postponement.

Incessant rains in the Reasi district have led to dangerous conditions of landslides, waterlogging, and unsafe track conditions. The Shrine Board is carefully monitoring weather and route safety before allowing pilgrims.
